How do I get an appointment with Dr. Ernst?
Dr. Ernst does not work with every client. She only works with cases that she knows she can help with and those that are committed to their health. Dr. Ernst requires a brief complementary consultation to decide if it is the best fit for you and her. Call (704) 597-7490 or email [email protected] to apply for a consultation. If your case is accepted, you will be scheduled for an initial consultation. It is recommended to watch the videos below to prepare you for the consultation.
What to expect with the initial consultation?
Dr. Ernst will require you to fill out an evaluation questionnaire which is emailed to you immediately upon securing your initial consultation. Completion of the questionnaire is required to be submitted via email 48 hours prior to your appointment. In addition, she requests that lab work done in the last 12 months also be submitted. A two hour period is blocked off for your appointment and she prefers to connect via video. She charges $697 for the appointment. This is an information gathering appointment only, which will help her determine the length of the coaching program. The goal is to go into great detail to find the source of your health issues.
What is the charge after the initial appointment?
Dr. Ernst does not charge by appointment. She understands everyone is at a different stage of their health journey. She discovers the need during the first appointment and develops a customized plan for each individual. This plan is presented to the client at the conclusion of the initial appointment.

You will have access to Dr. Ernst via email and mobile phone. All appointments will be with Dr. Ernst.

Dr. Ernst is interested in getting you well for life. She doesn’t do the work for you but supports you in any way you need for you to be successful. She encourages open communication and is available through email and mobile phone. Dr. Ernst is constantly educating herself on the most up to date functional nutrition protocols and testing. She is open to anything to expedite the healing process.

She believes there is a use for them especially in times of deficiencies. However, Dr. Ernst believes less is more. Her philosophy is to use food and the body to heal itself.
Does Dr. Ernst use lab testing?
Yes, her belief is that lab work is very helpful if it is used to find the cause of the health condition. She feels it is valuable to show clients change in health as they make progress through her program. Previous lab testing can help rule out certain sources and direct the path to the cause of the health crisis. Once taken on as a client, Dr. Ernst will decide if any additional lab work will be needed.
